Some of the Key Responsibilities Include
- Be the go-to expert for all things digitalhelp customers and team members navigate online banking with confidence
- Champion innovation by promoting adoption of cutting-edge digital tools and services
- Solve challenges fasttroubleshoot issues and deliver seamless experiences for Bill Pay P2P and Treasury Management products
- Own the detailsmanage account setups and ensure smooth onboarding for digital services
- Protect what mattersmaintain compliance and keep customer transactions secure

- Advanced knowledge of Regulation E and digital banking platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
