DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Sells vehicles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics capabilities and features. Develops qualifying customers and closes the sale.
- Establish long lasting relationships with current and future commercial vehicle buyers
- Makes outside sales calls
- Understands commercial vehicles by studying characteristics capabilities and features
- Documents calls in CRM program
- Consults with purchasing agent to find the right vehicle for prospective customer
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyers requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models
- Participates in professional sales and product training
- Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
QualificationsEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Limited sales experience preferred but willing to apply professional sales and product training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to talk listen and speak clearly on telephone
