Full and Part Time Positions (Evening and Overnights)

$20 - $22.00/hr.

We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and life experience. We are seekingafull timeanda part timeCommunity Training Specialists(DirectCare) whowill support individuals served in their own home by promoting independence while empowering and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

Assistingclients with completing their hygiene development ofindependenceresponsibilityand self-worth

Preparing and implementing program goals individuals service plans treatment plans etc.

Developing positive relationships with individuals familiesguardiansand service providers

Assistingclients to obtainappropriate healthcareservices and promoting healthy lifestyle choices

Assistingclients to attend outdoor activities such as going to movies out to eat parks and beaches

Skills needed:

patience empathy strong interpersonal skills enjoying outdoor activities attention to details
