Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to support our invoicing and inventory tracking. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate invoicing proper inventory tracking and smooth day-to-day office functions. The ideal candidate is dependable has great organizational skills and able to coordinate closely with our accounting team to keep operations running efficiently.

This role is well-suited for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with numbers documentation and inventory systems and who takes pride in accuracy and organization.

What Youll Do:

  • Compile and submit complete invoice packets to accounting for sales booking

  • Verify accuracy of invoices work orders and supporting documents

  • Track that all sales are properly recorded and follow up on missing items

  • Monitor inventory when units are sent out for up-fits or repairs

  • Track vendor invoices related to outside work and modifications

  • Match vendor bills to purchase orders and internal records

  • Maintain logs and organized files of all sales and inventory documentation

  • Assist with resolving billing and inventory discrepancies
