Job Summary

Fathom an IQVIA business has an immediate opening for an Account Manager in the Cleveland OH area.

Seeking a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of growing client relationships and revenue. Our Account Managers primary focus is on retaining and growing our current clients through a consultative approach to establish grow and maintain relationships with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • As the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients lead with a consultative approach to establish grow and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors across multiple organizations and industries.
  • Understand a clients business structure challenges and opportunities while demonstrating strong business acumen.
  • Manage a diverse client portfolio across various brands industries and service offerings.
  • Translate complex digital and technology solutions including digital channels SEO paid media social media marketing automation content creative and analytics/marketing intelligence for executive-level and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay current with modern digital marketing trends and drive the progression of opportunities.
  • Partner with our channel teams to ensure that key strategic initiatives ongoing projects and deliverables are completed on time and to the quality expected of our organization.
  • As an advocate for the client partner with our digital strategy marketing organization on strategic recommendations that solve client needs in terms of strategy channels platforms approach and budget.
  • Proactively identify opportunities that lead to the retention and growth of existing accounts.
  • Increase deal velocity by deploying intentional strategies to overcome objections navigate the dynamics of buying committees and position the value of professional services.
  • Secure additional revenue opportunities and client growth through discovery consultation and strategic recommendations.
  • Design and coordinate internal and external approvals for all Statements of Work.
  • Translate what the client needs into what we can deliver.
  • Ensure quality work is delivered to clients every time. While our teams have QA processes our Account Managers strive to deliver the highest quality work.
  • Lead internal and client-facing meetings to prioritize current and upcoming projects and tasks.
  • Set up our internal team for success with clear documentation and task management.
  • Lead both tactical conversations with day-to-day contacts and strategic conversations with senior-level client personnel.
  • Promptly address scope challenges and issues with clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • To be eligible for this position you must reside in the same country where the job is located.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid work from home and OH office with some light to frequent travel.
  • 3 years experience in account management sales and/or digital marketing.
  • Bachelors degree preferred or possess relevant working experience in account management sales and/or digital marketing.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite: MS Excel MS Word MS PowerPoint MS Outlook and MS Teams).
  • Team player with orientation towards contribution collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Strong aptitude for strategic thinking and tactical execution.

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
