Following our recent success in securing the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) tender as a specialist refugee provider SSI has exciting opportunities to join our team delivering culturally responsive trauma-informed employment services across 18 Employment Service Areas in NSW Victoria and Queensland through a hub-and-spoke model that supports refugee communities in their journey towards meaningful employment we are looking to build a talent pool of passionate client-focused individuals for both leadership and frontline roles across Australia.

- National Manager - IEA
- Operations Manager
- Training and Quality Specialist
- Area Manager
- Centralised Processing Officer
- Refugee and Disability Employment Specialist
- Refugee and Disability Employment Advocate
- Refugee and Disability Community Advocate
- Allied Health Professional
- Refugee Disability Post Placement Support Officer
Were Looking for People Who:
- Hold qualifications in Community Services Mental Health or related fields (highly regarded)
- Are passionate about supporting people with disability to achieve long-term employment outcomes
- Have strong communication and engagement skills with the ability to build trust and meaningful connections
- Bring experience in employment services or case management (desirable but not essential)
- Are comfortable working in performance-driven environments and self-motivated to achieve goals
- Are digitally confident with sound skills in Microsoft Office and navigating internal systems
- Contribute your lived experience of disability or your cultural and linguistic background to help us better represent and support the diverse communities we serve.
