Student Employment Opportunity: Clinic Operations Assistant
Palmer Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a dependable detail-oriented student to join our team as a Clinic Operations Assistant. This role offers hands-on experience in clinic administration customer service and operational support. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to build professional relationships and gain valuable insight into the day-to-day operations of a chiropractic clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the administrative leadership team with a variety of tasks including:
Front Desk Support
- Assist with inventory and organizing patient forms
- Prepare new patient thank you bags and assist with item inventory
Administrative & Operational Tasks
- Maintain equipment checkout logs and update inventory spreadsheets
- Organize marketing materials for events
- Assist with White Coat Induction Ceremony preparations
- Assist with OSCE preparations
- Support archival proceduresof billing files and medical records
- Assist with organizing and scanning student portfolio documents
- Assist with clinic towel and gown laundry
- Contribute to various small projects as they arise
QualificationsThis opportunity is well-suited for student who are
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with multitasking and adjusting to changing workflow
- Professional in demeanor and communication
- Able to maintain confidentiality and follow procedures
Length of employment will be from the date of hire until termination either by student or the supervisor not to exceed the students graduation from Palmer College.
