We are recruiting on behalf of our Sacramento-based client for a Membership Analyst. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of membership dues records through payment analysis discrepancy resolution and coordination with internal teams and members. The position also supports a range of administrative tasks and membership-related projects. Pay: $28.00-$31.00/hour DOE. Temp to Hire. Hybrid.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct membership dues analysis to identify and resolve payment discrepancies
- Communicate professionally with members and internal teams to clarify and correct dues issues
- Process financial adjustments and refunds ensuring accurate documentation and coordination
- Support database maintenance and collaborate on process improvements to prevent future errors
- Generate reconciliation reports and provide regular updates to leadership on dues status
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational background in accounting finance or business administration preferred
- 2 years demonstrated expertise in payment analysis reconciliation and membership database management
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communicator with a customer-focused approach and collaborative mindset
