Opportunity Highlights:

General Ob/Gyn Practice
10 provider group 7 physicians 2 Advanced Practice Providers (NPs) and 1 Certified Nurse Midwife
Monday thru Thursday (8am 4:00pm) Friday (8am 2pm)
Robotic Surgery
Providers rotate between offices. Main location is at (6879 Southpointe Drive North Jacksonville FL).

Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements:

MD/DO
Current and Unrestricted State Medical License or ability to obtain
Current and Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
Ob/Gyn Board Certified/Board Eligible (ABOG AOBOG)
Completion of ACGME Ob/Gyn Residency Program
Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
Active BLS Certification
