Replenishment Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently keep up with replenishment requests on the scanner
• Frequently consolidate overflow on the floor as to keep clutter down and product stocked
• Make sure all roller racks are full
• Operating material handling devices like forklifts following safety procedures maintaining precise records of all product movements and implementing quality control measures are crucial. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with others of varying backgrounds.
• Handle radio calls regarding replenishing product
• Be available to come in early and stay late as needed to provide adequate support to the business.
• Maintain a clean and safety work environment to prevent accidents and injuries
• Maintain compliance safety and quality standards by ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures
• Set a positive example through personal attendance and time management.
• Be willing and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment to support business objectives.
• Demonstrate accurate verbal and written communication skills.
• Work cooperatively in a team environment to achieve business goals and growth opportunities
• While performing the duties of this job the employee may be required to assist with other departmental functions upon request.
• Maintain a clear and organized work environment by ensuring all work areas are kept tidy and free of hazards by regularly cleaning and organizing tools equipment and materials.

Key Qualifications:

• Some warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Willing to work overtime if needed including Saturdays and a few extra hours during the week.
• High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility a majority of the day
• Ability to lift push pull and slide product and equipment typically weigh up to 15lbs and some weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Operation of warehouse machinery and equipment (e.g. carts hand trucks forklifts reach trucks etc.)
• Visual abilities to include reading distance vision and peripheral vision
