About The Role

As our Regional Representative in Vienna youll be the friendly face and trusted partner for organizations across the city. Youll get to:

• Build real relationships: Meet regularly with clients and their employees listen to their needs and become their go-to person for all things health and benefits.
• Be the connector: Gather insights from clients and employees help solve tricky cases and make sure everyones voice is heard.
• Team up for success: Work closely with our Client Managers and Executives to deliver top-notch service.
• Share what matters: Give engaging presentationsboth online and in-personabout our plans and any relevant updates.
• Represent and advocate: Stand up for our clients interests with local providers and our Network team making sure their needs are met.
• Spot whats important: Flag sensitive cases to our expert teams in Madrid Antwerp and Nairobi.
• Become the local expert: With your network and on-the-ground presence youll know Austria inside out.

This is a full-time role where youll make a real impact every day.

Who Thrives Here

• Youve got a masters degree or equivalent work experience.
• Youve spent at least 23 years in a client-facing role.
• You know Austria wellmaybe youve lived here for a while or youre just passionate about the local scene.
• Medical know-how and a curiosity about health trends are a big plus.
• Youre fluent in German and English (other languages are a bonus!).
