Ansell is looking for a Regional Planner for Assigned Sub-Region(s)/Category(s) to join our team in Region
In this position you will ensure regional customer service targets are consistently met while inventory remains within budget. You will own the Regional Planning agenda for your assigned portfolio create a rolling 18month integrated set of forecasts (demand shipment constrained revenue recognition and inventory plans) and act as a key contributor to Integrated Business Planning (IBP). You will translate regional demand into the global rollup track changes through IBP and drive KPI attainment (e.g. OTIF forecast accuracy & bias inventory turns excess & obsolete) while serving as a Global Supply Chain ambassador across the region.

What your role will be
Regional Planning & IBP Leadership
- Drive the endtoend Regional Planning process ensuring disciplined inputs data flow and stakeholder alignment to meet customer service targets.
- Lead Demand Review signoff NPD and Opportunities sessions with Sales and Marketing; leverage sales forecasts opportunities supply committed plans and POS data.
- Provide demand input for the annual product sales plan as part of the budgeting cycle.
- Track plan changes and accuracy; continuously improve information flow bridge analyses and rootcause transparency.
- Create content for and actively participate in IBP meetings; translate regional demand to the global rollup to ensure alignment across Ansell.
- Guide commercial teams on onboarding new opportunities and collaborate with 4PL partners to plan future orders and inventory (CFPR).
Inventory Optimization & Allocation Management
- Optimize regional inventory to balance service and cost within budget targets; manage inventory position across assigned products/regions.
- Prevent E&O through proactive avoidance of new excess and depletion of existing E&O.
- Initiate fasttrack shipments (air/courier) where needed to resolve back orders with strict cost control.
- Provide product availability leadtime responses and intraregion allocation guidance to commercial stakeholders.
- Proactively communicate shortages and recovery plans including root cause and corrective actions using CBO OTIF (external & internal) STP and other relevant reports.
Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the key point of contact for regional stakeholders: Customer Service Marketing Sales Warehouse & Logistics Quality & Procurement Master Data Management (MDM) and Finance.
- Operate effectively within a global matrix; connect with L3 SBU via demand/supply reviews.
- Partner with Global Supply on new business and endoflife transitions beyond standard EOL descriptions.
- Be a change agent drive continuous improvement in processes tools and ways of working.
Decision Support Forecast Ownership & Long-Range Planning
- Consolidate the regional demand forecast across portfolios; deliver clear storytelling on monthovermonth variances during IBP.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial VP and Finance Lead to align forecasts and accelerate gapclosing actions.
- Own and maintain the Committed Plan in partnership with the CoE Planning team.
- Take ownership of the >18month forecasting horizon with the IBP team ensuring alignment to commercial plans and the LRP.
Issue Resolution & Execution Excellence
- Resolve complex issues in a highgrowth environment with urgency and rigor.
- Contribute to product rationalization (phasein/phaseout) from a demand planning and regional execution perspective.
- Perform any additional activities as requested by Regional Planning Leadership.

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelors degree in a business-related field
Masters degree or MBA preferred
Job Experience
5 - 8 years supply chain experience in a best practice dynamic FMCG / Healthcare / Pharmaceutical company.
Experience developing business and strategic plans
Experience working in a global matrix organization preferred
E2E planning experience beyond Demand / S&OP / Inventory Planning in a regional / global scope
Knowledge and Skills
Fluent in written and spoken English; fluency in additional languages preferred
Computer literacy (Word Excel PowerPoint ERP systems statistical forecasting tools)
Business acumen: Commercial orientation to understand business needs and solve critical problems. Business partnering and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to ensure supply chain has a seat at the table.
