Job Title: Roofing Sales Representative

Location: Scranton/Wilkes Barre (Wyoming Valley)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our roofing division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently building relationships and earning uncapped income based on performance. Youll work directly with homeowners and property managers to inspect roofs present solutions and close deals.

Compensation & Pay Structure

Average Annual Earnings: $75000 $120000

Pay Structure:

Commission-based with uncapped earning potential

Responsibilities

Conduct roof inspections and identify customer needs

Educate customers on roofing systems materials and insurance claims (if applicable)

Prepare and present estimates and proposals

Follow up with leads and manage pipeline in CRM

Close sales contracts and coordinate with production team

Maintain strong customer relationships and referrals

Order job materials with appropriate vendors and suppliers

Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred (roofing construction or in-home sales a plus)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a competitive mindset

Comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Ability to manage time and work independently
