They will be Guest obsessed providing outstanding quality service and cleanliness to our guests through their Conduct structured training for crew membersDeliver individual coaching & mentoring sessionsDevelop shift plansDrive sales & profitabilityMonitor production controlsComplete business reporting for sales service & safetyMaintain profitability by closely monitoring costsManage all shift safety & hygiene requirementsSkills & ExperienceRetail or Hospitality leadership experience Experience delivering exceptional customer serviceExceptional organisational & time management skillsStrong verbal & written communication skillsProven ability to adapt and learn quicklyManagement Training Plan If successful you will undertake a 12-week training program to ensure you are set up for success and ready to immerse yourself into our brand and 1 to 6 Crew Station Training This allows our managers exposure to completing crew tasks. We cant coach something we cant do ourselves! Week 7 to 11 Leadership/Management Training This covers everything from basic shift running policies procedures and expectations goal setting KPIs food safety and delegation. Week 12 Certification Your training plan is reviewed and shift audits are performed to ensure the manager is ready to run a shift unsupervised.
