Job Summary

Were looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to serve as a trusted strategic partner to our Area Vice President and leadership this role youll shape how we plan operate and scalebringing insight structure and collaboration to a fastmoving highgrowth environment. Your analytical strengths curiosity and ability to work with diverse teams will have a meaningful and direct impact on our business.

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Serve as a key operational partner to the Area Vice President offering thoughtful datainformed insights that support effective decisionmaking.
  • Help drive operational excellence and ensure progress toward short- medium- and longterm goals.
  • Support quarterclose periods by creating clear and timely updates for leadership teams.
  • Lead Area Quarterly Business Reviews: cocreate agendas with the AVP prepare accessible and highquality presentations and help ensure clear actions and followthrough.

EndtoEnd Planning Leadership

  • Lead the annual planning cycle for the Area including resource planning KPIs and productivity ratios coverage models territory alignment and quota setting.
  • Partner with leaders to define objectives and connect team goals to broader organizational priorities.
  • Ensure planning processes are aligned with strategic principles and promote clarity fairness and transparency.

Forecasting & Pipeline Analytics

  • Build and refine forecast cadences that provide accurate relevant insights.
  • Lead forecast reviews with secondline managers ensuring consistency clarity and meaningful discussions around trends risks and opportunities.
  • Develop pipeline review processes using Business Intelligence tools and Power BI to highlight pipeline quality conversion and business health.
  • Create dashboards and analyses (including yearoveryear trends) that help teams identify challenges early and take proactive action.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Around 10 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related analytical/operations role; experience in technology or SaaS environments is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumenyoure comfortable turning complex data into clear practical recommendations.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems Power BI Excel and/or sales automation tools.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leaders and crossfunctional teams across different geographies and perspectives.
  • Experience guiding crossfunctional initiatives and building partnerships built on trust and clarity.
  • A strategic lens combined with good attention to detailyou understand the big picture and know how to connect the dots.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to adjust your style for different audiences.
  • Comfort working in environments that evolve quicklyyou approach change with curiosity and a solutionoriented mindset.
  • A continuousimprovement mindsetyou actively look for new better ways of working and feel comfortable constructively challenging the status quo.
