Description

Our Auto Value Ann Arbor store in MI is currently seeking a person for a Full-Time local Dispatcher position. Dispatching is a fast past position responsible for the organization and completion of customer orders and deliveries. This is an in-store sales/customer service and stocking position with many training opportunities for advancement. Automotive experience and or knowledge is encouraged in an applicant.

Job Responsibilities:

Scheduling and dispatching of store Delivery Driver
Facilitate all inter-store transfer orders to be shipped and received route them to their final destinations to get them out on schedule
Provide Driver support
Resolution of Customer concerns and issues
Provide information with documentation for invoicing
Excellent positive communication skills are a requirement. Need the ability to communicate orally and written clearly and professionally.
Responsible for that vehicle maintenance and repairs are completed on time and as needed.
Cover the Store Counter position when needed
Daily Completion of Returns Processing and Store Cycle Counts

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in the automotive field
Valid Drivers License
- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
- No more than one at-fault accident
Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
Pass Physical & Drug Screen
Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms
