Job Summary

Henry Ford Jackson Hospital is looking for a surgical cardiovascular APP to fill their need!

Schedule:
Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialeddays
Schedule: 12-hour shifts in the Inpatient CVICU
Schedule options: Days (6:00 AM 6:00 PM) nights (6:00 PM 6:00 AM) or swing (3:00 PM 3:00 AM). Weekdays and Weekends.
Call Schedule: No call required.

Practice Setting: Inpatient hospital-based CVICU (Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit)
Average Number of Patients per Day: 12
Documentation System / EMR: Epic
APP be Working Autonomously: Yes
Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Yes
Patient Age Demographic: Adult
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 - 120 days
Required Duties/Procedures:
Provide autonomous care for adult CVICU patients
Manage post-operative cardiovascular surgery patients
Perform advanced cardiovascular monitoring

Requirement description :
Board Certified (AANP or NCPA) - REQUIRED
MI License - REQUIRED
BLS/ACLS CALS - PREFERRED
Acute Care trained and certified- REQUIRED
Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month) - REQUIRED required at the time of presentation.

Board Certified
