Role Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the rehabilitation department fostering collaboration and clinical excellence

• Mentor and support therapists and assistants promoting professional growth and engagement

• Ensure efficient patient-centered operations and regulatory compliance

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans

• Oversee scheduling documentation productivity and quality assurance

• Encourage innovative evidence-based approaches to therapy and functional recovery

• Represent Greenfield Rehabilitation Agencys mission and values through compassionate leadership

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Wisconsin

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferredor strong interest in developing leadership skills

• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving abilities

• Passion for working with older adults in skilled nursing or senior living settings

• Graduate of an accredited school with a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
