Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) 5,000 INCENTIVE Aston Park Health Care Center

Aston Park HCC is hiring for Certified Nursing Assistant positions!

Full-time (30) Part-time (20) Baylor (weekend shifts) and PRN. Benefits start at 20 hours/week.

Pay and Benefits:

• $5000 SIGN-ON BONUS for all positions that qualify for benefits; $2500 paid out in increments for the 1st year of employment and an additional $2500 in the same increments for the second year of employment.
• Base pay ranges from $18-$24 per hour or more depending on experience PLUS earn up to $8 more per hour (see additional pay details below).
• Full-time Part-time and Baylor positions available on all shifts.

• Daily Pay available. Access earned pay on a daily basis prior to the normal pay date.
• Benefits start after 90 days of employment including insurance and PTO

Additional Pay:

• Weekday: 2^nd shift diff of $3.00/hour
• Weekday: 3^rd shift diff of $2.00/hour
• Weekend shift diff $4.00/hour for all shifts
• Baylor positions: receive a 25% premium on your base rate plus a weekend shift differential of $4.00/hour
• Pay in lieu of benefits package - $3.00 extra per hour!

Qualifications (Minimum Job Requirements): The requirements listed below are
representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required for the job:

Education: Must possess at minimum a 10th grade education.

Experience: No experience required.

Specialized knowledge licenses etc.: Must be certified in the state of North Carolina
and complete continuing education as required to maintain certification.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
1. Physical exertion involving pushing pulling and lifting up to 35 pounds; and occasionally lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
2. May require prolonged standing and/or walking during which time objects aretransported.
3. May require occasional bending squatting or reaching repeatedly.
4. Able to assist in the repositioning and transferring of individuals of varying weights following established safe lifting procedures.
5. Ambulatory throughout the facility.
