Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Principal Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery. This role requires strategic oversight strong stakeholder management and a proven ability to drive results in a remote environment. The ideal candidate brings deep project leadership experience exceptional communication skills and a track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee multiple high-impact projects and programs end-to-end.
Define project scope objectives success metrics timelines and budgets.
Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution.
Identify and manage risks dependencies and resource constraints.
Ensure clear communication reporting and governance across stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices.
Qualifications
8 years of progressive project/program management experience including leadership of complex initiatives.
Proven experience working in fully remote or distributed teams.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall or hybrid).
Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana MS Project Smartsheet).
Must reside in the United States and possess a valid U.S. work permit.
Preferred
PMP PgMP or similar certification.
Experience managing enterprise-level or cross-departmental programs.
