The Opportunity
Were looking for a Commercial HVAC Preventive Maintenance Sales Professional to own and grow a defined territory in the Houston metro area. This is a full-time hybrid role focused on selling preventive maintenance agreements helping facility owners and managers maximize building performance while lowering operating costs.
This role is ideal for a proven B2B sales professional who thrives on prospecting relationship-building and closing value-based deals. If youre ready to control your income and grow your career this is the place.
What Youll Do
- Prospect and qualify new commercial accounts for HVAC preventive maintenance agreements
- Generate leads through cold calls site visits networking referrals and industry events.
- Master the use of company-provided lead generation and prospecting tools
- Conduct site assessments and collaborate with service teams to develop customized solutions.
- Prepare and present professional proposals using financial selling skills. Follow up and close these opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline in our CRM tool and track activity consistently.
- Build strong long-term relationships with facility owners managers and decision makers.
- Meet and exceed sales goals with discipline and persistence.
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of B2B sales experience in service industries.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems estimating or service project sales is helpful but not required
- Strong hunter mentality: organized self-driven and able to manage multiple deals at once.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident selling value over price.
