You will be providing technicalexpertiseand developing technical solutions during theITOprocess while working closely with the commercial team. Your work includes analyzing client needsdefiningandoptimizingproducts calculating plant and system performance and documenting technical specifications and costing elements for later contract phases. You will also contribute to OTR activities by customizing and implementing products for specific customer requirements

As aCSA- Customer Application Engineering you willbe responsible for:

• Providing technicalexpertiseand developing technical solutions as part of theITOprocess

• Conducting technical analysis of client needs including product definition and optimization

• Defining scope schedule industrialschemeand cost in alignment with policies and procedures

• Calculating plant system and equipment performance and efficiency

• Documenting technical specifications and costing elements for contract execution

• Customizing products and implementing them for specific customer needs in OTR

• Resolving problems usingacquiredexpertiseand precedent

• Working with business unit colleagues under guided contacts

• Specifying and planning activities and explaining technical issues

• Communicating with direct team and supervisor

• Presenting metrics projectstatusand research to internal teams

To be successful in this role

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college(or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology)

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently

• Strongproblemsolvingskills
