As a CSA - Customer Application Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical expertise and developing technical solutions as part of the preITO process
- Conducting technical analysis of client needs including product definition and optimization
- Defining scope schedule industrial scheme and cost in alignment with policies and procedures
- Calculating plant system and equipment performance and efficiency
- Documenting technical specifications and costing elements for contract execution
- Customizing products and implementing them for specific customer needs in OTR
- Resolving problems using acquired expertise and precedent
- Working with business unit colleagues under guided contacts
- Specifying and planning activities and explaining technical issues
- Communicating with direct team and supervisor
- Presenting metrics project status and research to internal teams

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problemsolving skills
