Purpose of Role

Responsible for the relationship with Finance of America Reverses sub servicing mortgage vendor. Owns the overall relationship health with vendor monitors performance and supports internal business partners on any needs or initiatives that are required from the sub servicing vendor.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Owns overall management relationship and coordination with sub servicing vendor.
  • Builds dynamic relationship with vendor while driving focus to maximize portfolio performance.
  • Works with internal business partners on any new servicing requirements needed from sub servicing vendor.
  • Monitors vendor performance and facilitates discussions around performance/process improvement.
  • Conducts monthly portfolio performance reviews with sub servicing vendor.
  • Partners with internal stakeholders to drive key initiatives and change with vendor.
  • Acts as subject matter expert as to vendor contract and ensure vendor is meeting terms.
  • Resolves complex problems or transactions and responds quickly utilizing policies guidelines or processes.
  • Participates in cross-functional project teams including projects driven by other parts of the organization to provide input liaise with training and partner with groups on execution efforts.
  • Communicates results and business impacts of initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Education - Required

  • BS - Bachelor of Sciences

    Qualifications - Experience/Skills/Competencies

    • At least 5 years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry.
    • Demonstrated leadership oversight of program and project management as well as change management.
    • Excellent analytical and complex problem-solving skills
    • Experience utilizing strong change management techniques
    • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office; Word Excel PowerPoint and Visio
    • Create and maintain a culture where open communication teamwork positive re-enforcement and high performance is expected.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and must be a team player.
    • Proven track record in leading a fast paced and highly visible organization.
    • Ability to utilize strategic thinking when making decisions.

    Qualifications - Education - Preferred

    • Business Finance or equivalent field.

    Compensation

    The base salary range for this position is ($95000- $115000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidates work location skills education and addition to those factors we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer. We offer a competitive benefits package including health dental vision life insurance paid time-off benefits flexible spending account 401(k) with employer match and ESPP.
