The Operations Analyst analyzes the Companys operational performance by collecting monitoring and analyzing key operational data and performance metrics to support process improvements efficiency and informed decision-making across the Company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with ethics honesty values and integrity. Provides a position of professionalism to others.
Analyzes past current and future operational data and performance metrics to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities.
Evaluates operational performance by comparing actual results to established targets KPIs and benchmarks; provides actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Works with organizational leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver timely accurate operational insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develops maintains and enhances operational dashboards reports and performance tracking tools.
Responds to ad-hoc requests related to operational performance process efficiency and data analysis.
Assists with the coordination of the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Assists with the Companys capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and tracking process including evaluating business cases monitoring project spend and analyzing operational impacts and ROI.
Collaborates with finance operations and other departments to ensure data accuracy consistency and alignment across systems and reports.
Completes all safety and equipment related trainings required on a monthly basis.
Any other duty responsibility or task as assigned by the supervisor.
