Job Summary

Hogan Gully Farm is an exciting new golf course resort being by developed by Trojan Holdings Ltd near Queenstown New Zealand. Situated on a 158-hectare site surrounded by a stunning mountain landscape Hogan Gully Farm encompasses an 18-hole championship golf course that integrates visitor and residential accommodation along with complementary resorts amenities will include a driving range clubhouse with retail services changing facilities a café/bar and restaurant. Furthermore the project incorporates a substantial ecological restoration and enhancement initiative spanning 39 have an opportunity for a Golf Course Mechanic which plays a key role in keeping our course in top condition. Working in brand new maintenance facilities youll maintain and repair a wide range of specialist turf equipment ensuring everything runs smoothly for our grounds team and Youll Be Doing:Service and repair specialist golf equipment including:Greens mowers (walk-behind and ride-on)Fairway and rough mowersAerators verticutters and topdressersUtility vehicles sprayers and bunker rakesService and maintenance of general vehicles and equipment across the resortDiagnose and fix mechanical hydraulic and electrical issuesPerform scheduled maintenance to minimize downtimeMaintain accurate service records and manage parts inventoryWork closely with the course superintendent to prioritise repairsWhat Were Looking For:Proven experience as a mechanic (turf or agricultural equipment preferred)Strong knowledge of small engines hydraulics and electrical systemsAbility to read technical manuals and schematicsExcellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detailRelevant trade certificationThis is great opportunity to be part of the development of a championship golf course in a magnificent location.
