About the Role
ID Tech Solutions is seeking an organized and people-focused HR Generalist to support our growing team. This role manages the full employee life cycle- from recruiting and onboarding to benefits compliance and employee support. Youll be the go-to resource for employees and leadership ensuring HR processes run smoothly while helping foster a positive supportive and collaborative culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration policies and employee support.
- Oversee time & attendance PTO and compliance in ADP.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: job postings interviews offers onboarding and orientation.
- Support employee engagement programs recognition and feedback.
- Administer benefits 401k FMLA and compliance requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with disciplinary actions and terminations.

Schedule
- This is an in-person full-time exempt position in our NJ office. Employees are expected to manage their schedules to fulfill role responsibilities and company needs which may occasionally require work outside standard business hours.
Salary
- $65000 - $75000 (based on experience)

Requirements:
Qualifications
- 3 years of HR experience (generalist or coordinator).
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes labor laws and compliance.
- Excellent communication organization and multitasking skills.
- Ability to think outside of the box.
