Primary Purpose:
A high-energy low-stress family-based chiropractic practice built on teamwork respect and hands-on leadership. The office is supportive and collaborative where the team works together to ensure a positive experience for every patient. The Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming patient experience and supporting smooth daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone who brings a positive attitude strong organizational skills reliability and a service-focused mindset and who takes pride in creating a welcoming well-run front office experience for every patient.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet patients and create a welcoming front-office experience
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Collect payments and process transactions
- Support patient flow and office organization
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Education and/or Experience Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent work experience
- Friendly positive and high-energy personality
- Reliable and consistent
- Comfortable interacting with families and patients of all ages
- Professional communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Team-first mindset but ability to work independently
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
- US work authorization (Required)
Experience is not required; we will train the right person.
Work Hours:
- Monday & Thursday: 2:30 PM 6:30 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30 AM 12:30 PM
Pay Range: $15 - $18/hour
