Are you a technical leader who can bridge the gap between high-impact project delivery and world-class service stability We are looking for a Technical Project & Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Ørestad this dual-hatted role you will be the driving force behind our most critical SAP transformation while ensuring our digital backbone remains robust and high-performing for our global aviation operations.
What the job is
As our SAP Technical Project & SDM you are the technical anchor for our global SAP portfolio. You will be day-to-day responsible for a complex environment centered on S4HANA currently transitioning to RISE (Private Cloud) delivered by multiple vendors across a hybrid landscape of on-premise and cloud platforms.
Your mission is twofold: leading high-stakes technical projects and ensuring that our service providers deliver exactly what we pay for. Supporting our global 24/7 business you will bring order to a landscape of varying KPIs service windows and maintenance plans ensuring Satairs operations never miss a beat.
Your main responsibilities include:
End-to-End Project Leadership: You will own the full project lifecyclefrom initial scoping resource planning and budgeting to execution and Go-Live. This includes leading our high-priority migration to SAP RISE and the transition from PI/PO to the SAP Integration Suite.
Strategic Roadmap Execution Contribution and Recommendations: Beyond daily tasks you will drive the technical project agenda ensuring that upgrades migrations and system optimizations are delivered on time within scope and with minimal business disruption.
Vendor Governance & SLA Accountability: Actively managing multiple vendors to ensure they meet their contractual obligations. It is paramount that you ensure we receive the high-quality service and performance we are paying for following up rigorously on SLAs and KPIs.
Operational Ownership & Cloud Management: You are day-to-day responsible for the technical environment in the SAP portfolio. You will leverage SAP for Me and Cloud Delivery Management (CDM) principles to monitor system health manage licenses and coordinate with vendors to align service windows.
The Yearly Wheel of Maintenance: Creating and executing a comprehensive annual technical calendarfrom ERP maintenance and certificate renewals to planning major system upgrades and patches.
Collaborative Leadership: Partnering closely with internal Architects and SAP functional consultants to ensure project designs are scalable and transitions from Project Mode to Operations are seamless.
How you will contribute to the team
You are a proactive project leader with at least 6-8 years of experience in the SAP technical space. You have the technical weight to challenge vendors when KPIs arent met and the organizational talent to keep a complex multi-platform landscape synchronized.
Project Management Expertise: You hold a recognized Project Management certification (SAP Activate Agile or Prince2) and have a proven track record of managing risks dependencies and stakeholders in a global matrix organization.
Service Management Excellence: With an ITIL certification you bring a structured approach to service operations and align IT delivery with business needs.
Technical Oversight: Deep experience managing SAP technical operations across on-premise Cloud (RISE) and BTP environments.
SAP Tooling Mastery: Strong working knowledge of SAP for Me and practical experience with Cloud Delivery Management (CDM).
Contractual & Financial Savvy: Ability to interpret SLAs hold providers accountable and manage project budgets to ensure maximum value.
Communication: Fluency in English is essential for negotiating with global vendors and presenting roadmaps to management.

Prioritizes System Stability: You are meticulous about the Yearly Wheel of maintenance. You ensure that routine patches renewals and health checks are executed with precision so projects never compromise daily uptime.
Communicates Risks Early: You provide a transparent view of project health. If a milestone is at risk you alert management immediately and provide a data-backed recommendation to fix it.
