The Role
Working closely with the School Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team you will support HR administration alongside broader office responsibilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing staff personnel records and ensuring compliance with safeguarding requirements
Supporting recruitment processes including adverts shortlisting administration and interview coordination
Processing absence records and maintaining accurate staff data
Coordinating onboarding checks including DBS and reference verification
Assisting with payroll liaison and contract documentation
Providing administrative support to the wider school office during busy periods
