SDUHSD is recruiting test proctors for the 2026 administration of Advanced Placement (AP) exams. Test proctors play an essential role in administering over 11000 exams to our high school students who participate in Advanced Placement each year. This is a two to three week assignment.
Pay Rate: Standard shift: $125/5 hours
Extended (SSD) shift: $185/8 hours
When: Regular Testing:May 4 2026 - May 22 2026
Times: AM shift: 7 am to 12 pm PM shift: 11:30 am to 4:30 pm
Work schedules will be developed with each individual based on proctor availability and District need.

SB 848 COMPLIANCE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1 2026
Effective January 1 2026 and in accordance with California Education Code Section 44051(a)(1) any applicant for a non-teaching position must disclose acomplete list of every school district county office of education charter school state special school and diagnostic center operated by the department of education and private school that the applicant has previously been an employee of including full-time part-time or substitute roles. Failure to providethis information may be considered an act of dishonesty and could affect hiring decisions.
Employment with San Dieguito Union High School District is contingent upon successful completion of post-offer background check fingerprinting physical exam including tuberculosis drug and an Oath of Allegiance. The District contracts with a designated provider to schedule the physical exam; physicals for all employees are paid for by the District. The District will reimburse individuals who complete the onboarding process to work as a Testing Proctor for the cost involved in obtaining a fingerprint clearance once all clearances are received.
