Job Summary
We are seeking an applicant who will deliver positive customer interactions with genuine respect and courtesy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs for our customers.
Your Responsibilities Would Include:
- Assisting Our Customers in Person by Telephone and by Email.
- Responsible for All Paperwork Involved with the Sales of the Vehicle Including Obtaining Customer Signatures and Securing Payoff and Insurance Information.
- Maintains Control of All Paperwork Until It Is Ready to Be Turned into the Accounting Office for Processing.
- Completes the Paperwork for Vehicle Sales and Leases in a Timely and Efficient Manner.
- Checks All Paperwork for Correct Title Lien Information Taxes etc. Before Forwarding to the Accounting Department.
- Provides Customers with a Complete Explanation of Manufacturer and Dealership Service Procedures and Policies.
- Conducts Business Ethically and Professionally.
- Other Tasks As Assigned.

- Product knowledge and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and the ability to communicate with customers and team members.
- Prior experience preferred
