Reporting to the Business Process Management team you will undertake the following:

Meet with Lenders/customers at their Branch
Witness and certify the validity of signatures on all mortgage and legal documents
Ensure a positive customer service experience
Excellent communication customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Very strong planning and organizational skills.
Ability to manage confidential information.
Reliable email/cell phone access.
Access to a reliable vehicle.
Flexibility to work on an on-call basis available days evenings and weekends.

Attendance required at in branch to witness/commission documents. Most appointments will be during branch business hours. Ideal for someone looking for an extra income.
