Part-Time Afternoon Childcare Assistant Teacher
Pay: $17$19 per hour
Schedule: MondayFriday 2:00pm6:00pm
- Assist Lead Teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
- Help carry out fun age-appropriate learning activities and projects
- Support childrens social emotional and early learning development
- Help supervise play snacks clean-up and transitions
- Maintain a clean organized and safe classroom environment
- Communicate professionally with families and teammates
- Float between infant toddler and preschool classrooms as needed
- Follow all health safety and state childcare licensing guidelines
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with children in a daycare preschool or childcare setting preferred
- Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Dependable energetic and enjoys working with young children
- Must meet all state childcare licensing requirements
