Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR) has an excellent opportunity for a Neurology Technician at Nellis Air Force Base in Nellis Nevada.

Position Requirements:
- Must have a current Electro-Neuro diagnostic technologist certificate from an accredited program Education:
- Active BLS certification
- Neurology Specific registration is required. R.E.E.G.T .T is highly desired
- 2 years of experience performing electroencephalograms and nerve conduction studies in a patient care setting with scoring within the past 36 months required
Position Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and provide age specific care in the treatment assessment and education of neonatal pediatric adolescent adult and geriatric patients.
- Performs test and accurately transcribes and prepares data for physician interpretations.
- Accurately prepares room and patient for examinations therapeutic measures and procedures assuring all needed equipment and supplies are available prior to the start of the exam
- Performs or assists with the performance of specialized testing (EEG and NCS) and examinations
