- Review labor mileage and parts on work orders for accuracy.
- Process service work orders including opening closing and making changes.
- Review machine repair history for possible warranty coverage.
- Process purchase orders and outside invoices promptly.
- Maintain field service work order history folders.
- Ensure service reports are written and corrected as needed.
- Answer telephone promptly and professionally.
- Perform tasks accurately and efficiently following directions.
Leadership Responsibilities

- Three years of experience in a service-related role.
