Your Mission:

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible to play a pivotal role in aligning the objectives of specific business units with the needs of Team Members and management. Your collaboration within the HR function will deliver value-added services to both People Leaders and Team Members all while supporting the organizations business goals. This role demands a deep understanding of the business units financial status medium-term plans culture and competitive landscape.

  • Strategic Workforce Planning:Design agile workforce structures and talent strategies for future growth.
  • HR Analytics & Insights:Use data to identify trends inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Change Management & Process Improvement:Lead organizational change and implement HR processes that enhance efficiency.
  • Talent Development & Coaching:Mentor leaders support career growth and build succession pipelines.
  • Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations:Foster a positive inclusive work environment through empathetic problem-solving.
  • Communication & Influence:Engage teams and business partners to drive alignment and results.
  • Technology Proficiency:Leverage HR systems and tools to deliver results.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related discipline OR a Certificate in Human Resources OR equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • 3 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic environment;
  • Proven HR partnership experience with multi-jurisdictional compliance knowledge.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics talent management and organizational design.
  • Bilingual (English and French) is requiredto effectively communicate with internal teams and business partners.

Compensation: At BioScript your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role level and geographic location.
