Roche is looking for a Digital & Events Coordinator Graduate who plays a key role in coordinating and delivering projects events and business support activities to ensure a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of company events including logistics compliance payments reporting and congress support. This role requires collaboration across the organization and alignment with local market practices.
The Opportunity
Maintain and update the congress tracker ensuring all relevant information is uploaded changes are reflected and the tracker is made available to internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
Prepare and distribute invitations to specific Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) for congress events managing the completion and acceptance of attendance. Coordinate all logistical arrangements for Healthcare Professionals.
Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) by staying informed about guidelines and implementing them daily.
Annually and as needed prepare the budget tracker by receiving medical activity budgets and their corresponding codes then uploading them into a consolidated framework.
Budget planning and control.
Arrange all travel and logistical requirements for various interactions including large conferences and hybrid digital and in-person engagements.
Manage venue and catering bookings including identifying suitable options obtaining quotes securing approval for service provider appointments preparing contracts and processing payments.
Partner with internal stakeholders including the Squad Team and Communications to develop content strategies tailored for various customer types such as HCPs patients the general public media and commercial stakeholders. Ensure the consistent and flawless execution of this content across all channels.
Implement relevant metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track the success and business impact of Digital programs including Return on Investment (ROI) where applicable.
Who you are
Qualifications & experience
Completed tertiary qualification in Digital Strategies Marketing Events Management or a similar field.
Maximum 1 year of relevant experience in event and digital projects working with internal customers and/or various accounts is a plus.
Prior experience with pharmaceutical clientele is advantageous.
