Customer Service Representative 2nd Shift Northwood OH
Location: Northwood Ohio
Shift: 2nd Shift
Starting Pay: $20 per hour
Type: Full-Time

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems communicating clearly and delivering outstanding servicewhile working alongside a team to meet daily goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service via phone and email regarding material and order status
- Coordinate issue resolution with internal departments (contract administration purchasing finance plant etc.)
- Meet internal sales goals and monitor personal progress
- Create update and maintain reports related to issues orders and sales results
- Perform order entry and quote preparation as needed
- Demonstrate and uphold TKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Solid computer skills beyond the basic level
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable self-starting and goal-driven
- Flexible scheduling and availability for overtime
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree
- Experience in the aerospace industry especially in customer service sales or purchasing
