Our client has built a strong local reputation for professionalism customer service and long-term landlord relationships and continues to invest in the growth and strength of their lettings department.
Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a supportive and professional lettings team. The role can be shaped around the successful candidates experience and qualifications offering genuine long-term progression with no capped potential. For the right individual there is the opportunity to grow into a more senior role and provide ongoing support to the Lettings Manager as the department continues to develop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a residential property portfolio from move-in to move-out
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance issues and managing contractor relationships
- Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation
- Handling tenancy renewals rent reviews and general property queries
- Supporting the Lettings Manager with day-to-day operational duties where required
- Contributing to process improvements and best practice within the lettings department
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential property management
- ARLA qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Able to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to own car
