The Role: Senior Automation Associate Client Operations

The Team: S&P Global Market Intelligence Client Services team is part of a rapidly growing organisation with an exceptional corporate culture. The Role: Over the past few years the Client Services team has expanded its automation capabilities through bots. As an Automation Expert you will be empowered to drive a portfolio of automation projects that will deliver business results. You will be working for the Market Intelligence division but empowered to work with the centralised Automation and Technology teams and will be using automation tools to build and deliver end to end automation solutions.

What were looking for

• A person who is resourceful adaptable creative and detailed/results-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience with Microsoft automation and visualisation tools - Power Automate PowerBI or equivalent

• Working knowledge of Python for building automation scripts simple services and agent workflows

• Experience interacting with large language models writing effective prompts with clear instructions roles constraints and output formats; skill in reviewing model outputs to identify prompt-related issues such as ambiguity over-specification or missing constraints

• Ability to lead projects from defining project scope ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards managing deadlines and prioritising tasks.

• Experience in identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.

• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions.

• Experience in managing relationships with project stakeholders and ensuring their requirements are met.

• Experience in visualization tools such as is beneficial but not a necessity

• Background in Client Services understanding Client Services workflows preferred

• Excellent presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with senior executives IT Management and developers

• A desire to work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment

• Ability to work in a cross functional multi geographic teams displaying cultural sensitivity and championing diversity & inclusion
