Inventory & Stock Management
Receive inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Ensure proper storage of materials as per safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain accurate stock records (manual and/or system-based).
Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the Purchase Executive.
Conduct periodic physical stock counts and assist in audits.
Issuance & Documentation
Issue materials to various hotel departments against authorized requisitions.
Maintain proper documentation for all inward and outward movements.
Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) method is followed especially for perishable goods.
Maintain bin cards and inventory registers accurately.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure store areas are clean organized and compliant with hotel safety standards.
Follow hotel policies for handling food beverages chemicals and engineering supplies.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for returns or discrepancies.
Coordination
Work closely with procurement accounts kitchen housekeeping and engineering departments.
Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
13 years of experience in stores or inventory management preferably in the hospitality industry.
Basic knowledge of inventory software / ERP systems.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel inventory systems).
