We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to provide marketing services for the National Development team.

This is a Temporary Part-Time Marketing Communications Specialist role at 19 hours/week for approximately two months. This position can be home-based.

Responsibilities

Project Management:

Develop project management timelines in coordination with key stakeholders and the National Development Training Lead. Track deadlines and execute deliverables across various projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Evaluate gaps in existing materials and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead content creation and management for key training resources.
  • Oversee updates on SharePoint Brainshark surveys feedback forms and other training platforms. Manage certification dashboard updates in collaboration with regional and national leads.
  • Create video content and manage ongoing content refreshes and edits.
  • Execute timely communications.

Marketing & Communications:

Execute content development and messaging for virtual and in-person trainings certification programs training resources and videos.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Five (5) years of the following experience:
    • Experience developing and managing marketing promotions communications or related projects or campaigns.
    • Excels in project management and meeting deadlines.
    • Demonstrated ability in design and delivery of print internet and mobile marketing.
    • Excels in preparing written audio and video communications.

Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications (or related fields) or relevant work experience.
