Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee ACHM Spain Management S.L. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

MAIN SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Responsible for providing a warm welcome to all our guests and visitors in the area of Front of House whilst offering assistance throughout their stay / experience in our hotel in order to both meet and exceed their expectations whilst maximizing revenue and promotion of the hotels outlets where applicable.
Booking dinner reservations transportation and generally making the impossible possible are all par for the course.
Have a general knowledge of the surrounding area and acceptable interpersonal and guest relations skills
Building a nurturing relationship with our guests partners and colleagues to being able to create lasting memories for our guests.
Intuitively creating complex itineraries to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Supervising the team of Luggage Porters
Be the face of our hotel and ensure a memorable reception experience for Guests.
To be able to work to the standards of Luxury Collection Hotels.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To carry out the Concierge Duties like booking a bus tours Sights and making recommendations for places to eat and of interest in the Madrid Area
Being the point of contact for the guests in terms of planning out their day
Able to make the personalized experience and create moments to really up sell the hotel facilities like the Restaurant and Bars.
Respond to all guest enquires via email or telephone in a timely manner.
Able to assist the Reception Team if and when required including checking in and checking out.
Able to fully use Opera and the day to day Marriott Platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
Good level of English and other languages is an advantage.
Worked in a 4* / 5 * hotel in Madrid with Opera PMS and Marriott.
