DescriptionAs a Construction Project Manager at Cavo Tagoo Group you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects for our hotel group expansions. Work is primarily in Athens but requires frequent trips for on site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage procurement of materials and services.
RequirementsQualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management preferably within the hospitality industry.
Proficient knowledge of construction methodologies project management tools and relevant software.
Excellent leadership organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Strong understanding of budgeting scheduling and contract administration.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to construction.
