Job Description / Position Description
We are seeking a skilled SAP Commerce Cloud Consultant To implement configure and optimize SAP Commerce Cloud solutions for digital commerce and customer experience. To ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA SAP Customer Experience (CX) and third-party systems. To drive efficiency personalization and omnichannel engagement through scalable e-commerce transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementations across modules such as Employee Central Recruiting Onboarding Performance & Goals Compensation and Learning.
Gather and analyze business requirements translating them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules ensuring alignment with HR processes and compliance standards.
Support integration with SAP HCM SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems.
Provide production support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors applications including year-end activities.
Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to optimize processes and data quality.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and HR teams.
Stay updated on SuccessFactors innovations and recommend best practices for adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central is a must; others preferred).
Knowledge of HR processes including talent management payroll integration and workforce planning.
Experience with SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA integration.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelors degree in HR Business Computer Science or related field.
SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
