Position: Field Supervisor
Overview: The Field Supervisor plays a pivotal role in Covey Securitys day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include scheduling and managing security officers conducting regular site checks to ensure seamless operations daily reporting to management on incidents assisting in the hiring and payroll processes and occasionally working at various security officer locations as needed. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between the operations manager and employees ensuring consistent communication and prompt responses to clients security needs.
- Enforce company policies and requirements consistently across all sites.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to manage scheduling and compliance.
- Monitor schedules and address exceptions from the Timekeeping system.
- Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities and undertake post duties as needed.
- Conduct frequent site checks.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role or leading large diverse teams is advantageous.
- Applicants must possess a valid AZ DPS guard license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Military veteran and law enforcement experience is highly valued at Covey Security.
Shifts Available: Full time Swing shift and Part-time Weekend Overnights.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour
