Location: Cincinnati / Dayton or Miami Valley OH
Full-Time Hybrid

Are you passionate about numbers and building strong client relationships Were looking for an Accounting Manager on our Not for Profit (NFP) Managed Services team who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving complex financial challenges.

If youre ready to lead client relationships mentor junior members of the team and make a very real impact this role is for you!

What Youll Do

As an Accounting Manager youll;

Own the general ledger (G/L) for multiple clients and ensure accuracy.
Prepare financial statements assist with audits and support tax compliance projects.
Lead client onboarding and tailor processes to their unique needs.
Collaborate with a talented team to improve accounting processes and deliver exceptional service.
Supervise staff provide mentorship and foster a positive work environment.
Engage with clients and professional partners to build lasting relationships.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA license (active or in progress) preferred.
3 years of experience managing a General Ledger.
Strong analytical skills communication skills and project management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office accounting software and comfortable in a paperless environment.
Experience in a not-for-profit environment preferred.
