We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Analyst - Internal Control to join our team. This role will support the development and maintenance of strong internal controls ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. If you have strong attention to detail analytical skills and a desire to grow in the field of risk management we encourage you to apply!
This is what you will do
- Support process mapping and documentation of risks and controls.
- Perform routine internal control testing and document results and evidence.
- Monitor basic control and operational risk indicators and escalate deviations when needed.
- Follow up on action plans related to control gaps non-compliance and audit findings.
- Maintain internal control documentation risk matrices and process flows.
- Assist in preparing periodic internal controls reports.
- Support internal teams with questions related to procedures controls and policies.
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory requests by organizing documentation and evidence.
