Job Summary
ROLE PURPOSE
Handle all imports & exports processes documentation and legal requirements inbound and outbound related to foreign trade scope.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Import/export Follow up and completion of end-to-end process in an efficient way taking actions to avoid all possible extra costs
Maintain fluent contact with Brokers and other business partners
Monitor all Import and Export costs looking for savings and efficiencies.
Keep control and monitor KPI on monthly basis
Execute PO management by uploading import costs and other requirements.
Keep close contact with Finance team / and TAX Team.
Keep SAP & related foreign trade systems or spreadsheets updated to enable accurate information to keep the process moving and enable adequate decision making.
Comply with all local regulations related to Food Industry and maintain flow in the operation
Prepare monthly cashflow report
Perform MEC (Month end closure) activities related to IMPORTS & EXPORTS
COMPETENCIES SKILLS KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in foreign trade or related careers (or at least Advanced studies)

Experience with SAP System (desired). MM & SD Modules
Experience in Foreign trade activities (desirable in Food Industry) Min 3 to 5 years
Fluency in oral/written English language. Mandatory
Spanish desirable not mandatory
Advanced Excel management
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment.
