Position Overview

This role supports day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations within a fast-paced packing department. The position is labor-intensive and requires consistent movement throughout the shift including handling totes pallets and replenishment of ice trays weighing approximately 25 pounds each. Associates will assist with picking packing and order processing to ensure timely and accurate distribution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Receive pick pack ship and organize inventory
Perform stocking replenishment and order fulfillment including work in refrigerated areas
Verify incoming merchandise against shipping documentation and report discrepancies or defects
Stock shelves and maintain designated inventory locations
Use RF scanning devices to pick and track inventory as applicable
Assemble customer orders by pulling items from shelves and placing them into totes for packing
Enter orders returns and inventory data into computer systems
Inspect returned items and return products to proper warehouse locations
Conduct daily inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution
Support inventory control procedures as requested
Follow all safety policies procedures and regulatory requirements
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Minimum Skills Knowledge and Abilities

Ability to read and understand English for product labels descriptions and instructions
Basic math skills for counting and order accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with team members
Sound judgment and ability to follow detailed instructions
Willingness to work overtime and participate in physical inventory counts
Basic computer skills preferred
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

Ability to work in a production-driven environment with high accuracy expectations
Frequent standing walking bending twisting stooping kneeling and reaching
Repetitive motions involving hands fingers and arms
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Use of box cutters and similar hand tools
Ability to work in refrigerated conditions and fluctuating hot or cold temperatures
Visual acuity for close distance and peripheral vision
Ability to manage physically demanding tasks for the duration of the shift
Capability to handle stressful situations as they arise
